To make your vehicle collection as seamless as possible, it’s important to bring the necessary documents and items with you. At Senior Car and Van Hire, we’ve outlined everything you’ll need to ensure a smooth process. From identification to proof of address, having these items ready will help us get you on the road quickly and efficiently.
A valid driving licence is essential for hiring a vehicle. If you hold a UK licence, please ensure it is up to date and free from disqualifications. For international drivers, we may require an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside your home country’s licence. If you’re unsure about the requirements, our team is happy to assist and provide guidance.
You’ll need to provide proof of your current address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or council tax bill. The document must be dated within the last three months and clearly display your name and address. This helps us verify your identity and comply with legal requirements.
Please bring a valid form of identification, such as a passport or national ID card, along with the payment method used for your booking. This ensures we can verify your details and process your deposit or payment securely. If you’re paying in person, we accept major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
